  • Small Car


Small Car is the most economical and popular cab category in MotoTaxi. Under this category, cars like Maruti Ritz, Nissan Micra, Tata Indica, Maruti WagonR, Hyundai

Eon, and Datsun Go are available. Therefore, we cannot assure you any specific car model, Vehicles will be arranged based on availability.


  • Hatch Back


Hatch Back is one step above small car with enough space and comfort. Under this category, Hatchback cars like Tata Indica, Tata Vista, Maruti Swift, and other SUV

like Maruti Breeza, Hyundai Venue will be arranged based on availability.


  • Sedan


Sedan Car is one step above small/Medium car with enough space and comfort. Under this category, Vehicles like Toyota Etios, Tata Indigo, Maruti Dzire will be

arranged based on availability.


  • Big Car


Big Car is one step above all category with enough space and comfort. Under this category, vehicles like Toyota Innova, Honda CRV, Maruti Ertiga will be arranged

based on availability.


  • LCV


LCV is exclusive for commercial purpose for carrying load from one place to another. Under this category, Light Commercial Vehicle like Tata Ace, Ashok Leyland

Dost will be arranged based on availability.

  • Booking an MotoTaxi


Download our official MotoTaxi app from Google Playstore. Login through your mobile number and select your destination place then select type of ride, car, time

and payment mode then book. Vehicle will be arranged based on availability in your area.


  • Booking an MotoTaxi offline


This is not possible as we need information’s to carry into our servers to manage bookings.


  • Booking an MotoTaxi for a friend


Login through your mobile number and select your destination place then select type of ride, car, time and payment mode then book. After conformation call the

driver and share your friend mobile number for communication. Provide OTP to your friend before starting the ride.

  • How to change mobile number for my account?

TROUBLESHOOTING


  • I am having trouble registering on the app.

  • I am not able to log in to my account

  • I did not receive OTP to log into my account


May be due to server down. Please try again after few minutes.


  • I am not getting any emails from MotoTaxi


We are not dealing with mails with our customer. We prefer either through tele-calling or through text SMS.


  • I am unable to apply a coupon on my ride


Coupon may be expired or may not available in your locality.


  • I forgot to apply coupon on my ride


You can use coupon until expiry. So, utilize your coupon during your next ride.


  • I am getting invoices for rides I have not taken.

PAYMENT


FARES & CHARGES


  • How can I check the fare for my MotoTaxi ride?


After selecting the From/To location our app automatically calculates the price and vehicle availability. User can choose the vehicle based on their comfort. Price changes based on vehicle category.


  • I want to check my fare breakup


Go to History and select the ride for which details required. In that you can see all the details in that particular ride and can also download/Share Invoice.


  • MotoTaxi Cancellation Policy.


No cancellation fees collected.


PAYMENT METHODS


  • Paying in Cash


You can opt to pay by Cash for your MotoTaxi Ride. All you need to do is to select your payment option as Cash from the 'Select Payment' option before confirming a booking.


  • Paying with MotoTaxi Wallet.


We are working on this feature. Will be active soon.


UPI RELATED FAQS


  • Which UPI accounts are supported on MotoTaxi?


All type of Government authorized UPI Payments are accepted.


  • How to add UPI as a payment mode?


Go to the profile and select Wallet for adding your desired UPI Payment.


  • How to get refund in UPI?

Do’s


  • Always enter your drop location while booking the ride
  • Verify your driver and car details on the MotoTaxi app before boarding the cab
  • Check while boarding that the child lock is disabled in the car.
  • Opt for the back seat to maintain personal space between you and the driver
  • Always insist that the driver follows the navigation as shown on the driver app
  • Share your ride details with your loved ones
  • Ensure that you have added your Emergency Contacts on the MotoTaxi app
  • Always raise an alert by pressing the Emergency Button on your MotoTaxi app in case of emergency
  • Always be alert to your surroundings and the route

Don’ts


  • Don’t engage in short talks or personal conversations with the driver
  • Don’t share any personal information with the driver
  • Don’t allow the driver to take a detour from the route or make unexpected stops
  • Don’t sleep in the cab when traveling alone
  • Don’t engage in an argument with the driver. In case of any disagreement, reach out to MotoTaxi Support for help.

Go to 24X7 Help in home screen then Share ride/cab details to your beloved once, if required.
